Are you looking for effective steps to be able to start lucid dreaming
Lucid dreaming can never be done in a simple way. It takes times, effort and patience. There are several ways it can be done, some simple, some harder. The harder techniques, unfortunately, are generally the more reliable one's. The easiest way is to listen to binaural beats, available from app stores and, of course, YouTube. Though they hardly ever work in the way you want, and it's not uncommon for them to have no effect at all. The majority of them just make you feel slightly odd. So you might want to try them, but the most likely scenario is that they won't work, and you'll just have a slightly odd dream rather than a lucid one.Have you ever watched the film Inception? About dreams, and they have small objects like spinning tops and dice that always do something impossible if they're in dream? You can that in lucid dreaming. Use an object, like a marble that, when awake, will obviously fall to the floor when you drop it in real life, though in a dream it will hang there in mid-air. How does this work?
Well, as you know, dreams are created by your subconscious, and habits are a subconscious thing. So, the idea of the marble not falling in your dreams will stick, and therefore it will apply to your dreams. And how do you get yourself to drop the marble in a dream when you have no free will in the dream unless it's lucid?
The same principle. Repeatedly drop the marble at set times through each day, and it will become a habit, which will carry into your dreams, meaning after a couple of weeks of doing this, you'll find you'll be dropping the marble in your dreams, and then you'll notice that it floats, and therefore you'll become aware it's a dream.
